Let’s act together – that’s the only way we can help

 

Dear Friends,

As Ukraine defends itself against the Russian invasion, every real piece of support is needed – every company can and should join the effort. Volunteers involved in helping Ukrainian refugees – and there are, after all, our employees and yours among them – need unfettered opportunities for action.
The paid, unlimited leave available to all ZEN employees allows them to focus fully on helping others effectively. It’s a simple tool that any business can implement.

Let’s also take advantage of other organizational, logistical and financial opportunities that every business has. Only by acting in solidarity we can truly support people whose world has gone up in flames.

For our part, we have taken the following steps:

Shelter
We provide refugees with access to our offices, where on an area of over 5500 m2 we will host mothers with children and orphanage graduates (together with institutions in Ukraine we are working to bring them safely to Poland). We organize mattresses and things needed to accommodate as many people as possible. Members of our team also share their apartments with Ukrainian families.

Residency and legalities
We will assist refugees in finding a livelihood in our country. If you know someone who is looking for a job (not necessarily at ZEN.COM), please send us a resume to: [email protected] with the title “CV”. We will support them in legalizing their stay and employment in Poland.

Services
We introduce free access to our services for Ukrainian citizens. We have taken steps to make our application and website accessible also for Ukrainian speakers only.

Collections
At https://www.zen.com/helpukraine you will find a fundraiser launched for our clients, the amount from which will be transferred directly to Ukrainian organizations such as Caritas Ukraine, Doctors Without Borders and National Bank of Ukraine (its support – we know from our Ukrainian employees and friends – is particularly needed now and you can do it directly: https://bank.gov.ua/en/).

Every company has different ways of doing things. Just as we can do business well as entrepreneurs, we can also be as effective in helping. Let’s support local initiatives, create company fundraisers, make our apartments, homes and offices available to those in need. Do it as soon as possible, right now, because there is no time to lose.
