Who can invite businesses as part of the Invite & Earn program?
Anyone with a ZEN account can join Invite & Earn and invite businesses. The program is open to both individual and business users. For now, you can only earn commission from invited businesses. If someone you invite signs up with a personal account, you won’t earn from them. -
Why does the business I invited still show as Activating?
The business will stay in Activating until it completes the required activation steps: creating an account and making 1 transaction, either by card or through its payment gateway. You start earning from that business only after both steps are complete. -
When do I start earning?
From the moment your business goes Active. Not before. -
How long do I earn for?
You earn for 180 days from the date each invited business becomes active. During the promotional period, each new active business extends the earning period for your existing active businesses by 60 days. The standard extension is 30 days per new active business. -
How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid out to your EUR account within ZEN. No minimum or maximum withdrawal amount. -
Can I increase my commission?
Yes. Each new active business adds +4 percentage points to your commission rate across all active businesses, up to a maximum of 80%. -
