ZEN offers an extended warranty for electronics purchased with the ZEN Mastercard®. This warranty takes effect after the standard manufacturer’s warranty expires. To avail of this, the device must be purchased from a store registered in the EU and have a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 3 years. Extended warranties are not available for the Free Plan.
